Get a bright orange wristband that holds your child’s identification and your cellphone number
that State Fair Park police can use if your child gets lost at the fair.

Whether you’re a foodie, are planning to garden with kids, looking for some cool new plants to grow, or interested in supporting pollinators,
you’ll find plenty of ideas at the Energy Park gardens. Plus, gardening expert Melinda Myers
will share ideas on how to create “Affordable Food Gardening,” no matter the size of your garden. Learn about new tools and garden
products to help make gardening easier — and more fun — for all involved.

Each day of the fair, Melinda will cover a different group of popular vegetable favorites to help you increase your growing success.

and productivity of the plants and your enjoyment.

Schlitz Audubon Nature Center — Raptor Program
See feathered friends up close and learn about their habits, habitats and history from Schlitz
Audubon Nature Center experts. Watch for impromptu bird sightings in Energy Park and ask questions. We even have an "early bird"
show for guests who stop in when the fair opens.

Power! Play! Pandemonium!
Roll the giant dice and test your safety knowledge. Participate in fun, interactive activities and wear the same safety gear
our pros use when they make repairs to our equipment. Learn about trees and wires, install an insulator while wearing
protective equipment, and install pipe connections.
