Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. You can pay your bill through your checking or savings account online on our website for free. Credit and debit card payments are available only through Bill Matrix, our vendor, for a service fee.

Can I choose when I pay my bill?
Yes. You have the option to pay immediately or to choose a payment date. To ensure timely payments, allow enough time for your payment to post by your due date. If you are an Automatic Payment customer, your payment will be made on the date you chose.

How long will it take for my payment to process?
Your payment will be withdrawn on the date you specify and will be applied to your account the next business day. Due to processing times, we cannot schedule same-day payments. If you want your bill paid on your due date, schedule it up to two business days in advance.

What if my payment is scheduled to be paid on a weekend or holiday?
If your payment is scheduled to be paid on a weekend or holiday, we process it the next business day.

What if I need to change or cancel a payment I have scheduled?
You can change or cancel your scheduled payment online in your account any time before the payment date.

What happens if my payment is returned from my bank?
Payments made with insufficient funds are subject to our standard non-sufficient funds (NSF) processing fee.
