We Energies field internship and youth apprenticeship programs are designed to introduce high school juniors and seniors from participating Milwaukee County schools to career paths for in-demand jobs such as line mechanics, gas technicians and distribution system designers in the utility industry.
In addition to exposing students to hands-on learning and real-world work experience, these paid programs have led to some students being hired by our company or our contractors.
