The Offer
A free energy assessment of your buildings by a qualified Energy Advisor who will tour your facility and recommend energy efficiency improvements that can save energy and money. We also offer incentives for making energy efficiency improvements such as:

• Boilers and furnaces
• Boiler controls
• Tune-ups for furnaces and boilers
• Water heating improvements
• Steam trap replacements
• Common area lighting improvements, including exit lighting

You work with the contractor of your choice to make these improvements. We provide incentives directly to you upon completion of the project.
