Time-of-Use terms and conditions

Meter

After you sign up, we may need to install a Time-of-Use meter at your home to record your on-peak and off-peak electricity usage.

Comparison

After 12 months on Time-of-Use you will receive a comparison each month on your bill that shows the difference between Time-of-Use pricing and standard pricing.

Holidays

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, and the federal holiday is observed on the following Monday, energy consumed on the Monday is billed as off-peak.

Changes

You are allowed to return to standard pricing at any time, but you must wait a full year if you want to return to Time-of-Use. You cannot change your time period for one year after enrolling in TOU. You can change the TOU peak period only once every 12 months.
