Automatic Payment provides the convenience of having your monthly energy bill paid automatically each month on your due date from the bank account of your choice. You'll save time, money and postage.

With Automatic Payment, you'll continue to receive a paper bill at home, so you can review it before the payment is made. You can continue to receive a paper bill or you can switch to the convenience of paper-free billing if you are not currently enrolled as a paper-free billing customer in My Account. You'll receive a monthly email reminder so you know when payments will be deducted.
