Ixonia LNG tank foundation
Crews are pouring concrete for the LNG tank foundation. Approximately 800 yards of concrete has been brought in by
truck from plants in Watertown and Whitewater. The trucks unload into the two red pumper trucks. Aerial booms connected
to the trucks bring the concrete to the foundation. Workers use vibrating equipment to move the concrete in between the
foundation rebar. Once this work is done, crews will begin putting up the carbon steel outer tank.
