Transfer service


To complete your service transfer request:

  • Make sure payments on your current account are up to date.
  • Have your account number from your current bill.
  • Remember that service at your current address may disconnect automatically at 5 p.m. on the requested date, depending on meter type.
  • Make sure the address where you are moving is in our service area.
  • Call us at 800-242-9137 if power is off at the new address so we can turn it on.
