Your quarterly water bill provides your usage, charges and due date. With our automated meter reading system, we do not need to access your home for readings.

• Payment by Mail
  Send your payment in the return envelope enclosed with your quarterly bill.  If you misplace your envelope, just mail your payment to the address below (please allow seven days for mailing and payment processing).

Late payment
We add a late payment charge of 1 percent per month on the outstanding balance if your bill is not received by the due date.

Moving and Part-Time Residence
If you move, please call us so we can remove your name as account holder. If you are a part-time resident, please call us with your forwarding address: (800) 544-7989.
