Level 3 may be best for you if:
- You already are a good candidate for Level 2.
- You use electric heat or have other electricity uses that are greater in winter.
- You are willing to limit air conditioning and pool heater use during weekdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Cost: 27 cents/kWh Oct. 1 to May 31
38 cents/kWh June 1 to Sept. 30
