Time-of-Use
Terms and Conditions
Meter: Once you enroll, we may need to install a new Time-of-Use meter at your home to record your electricity usage by on-peak and off-peak periods.

Annual Comparison: You receive an annual comparison that estimates what you could save in the next year on Time-of-Use. Based on your current energy use patterns, the comparison shows the difference between Time-of-Use pricing and standard pricing.

Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a Sunday and the federal holiday is observed on the following Monday, energy consumed on the Monday will be billed as off-peak.

Changes: You are allowed to return to standard pricing at any time, but you must wait a full year if you want to return to Time-of-Use. If you change from Level 1 or 2 to Level 3, or vice versa, you cannot return to that level for a full year. Once your weekday time period is set, you cannot change it for a full year.
