Meter: After you sign up, we may need to install a new Time-of-Use meter at your home to record your electricity usage by on-peak and off-peak periods.
Comparison: You receive a comparison each month on your bill that shows the difference between Time-of-Use pricing and standard pricing.
Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, and the federal holiday is observed on the following Monday, energy consumed on the Monday will be billed as off-peak.
Changes: You are allowed to return to standard pricing at any time, but you must wait a full year if you want to return to Time-of-Use. You cannot change either your level or time period for one year after enrolling in TOU. You can make one (1) level and/or time period change in a 12-month period. Once you have made either or both of those TOU changes, you cannot make another similar TOU change for one full year. You can change either the level or the TOU peak period only once every 12 months.
