Free, programmable thermostat is yours to keep

New Energy Partners customers* can choose to receive a free, professionally installed Honeywell programmable thermostat in addition to the annual credit for participation. The thermostat is an easy way to save energy and money while maintaining your home’s comfort.

How it works

The thermostat allows you to set temperatures for various times of the day — such as when you are asleep or away — and comes equipped with a radio receiver that allows us to turn off your air conditioner (AC) compressor during rare times (cycling history) of high electric demand. During such times, SAVINGS shows on your thermostat display and the AC’s fan continues to circulate the air in your home.
