Budget Billing terms and conditions
- Accounts that are two consecutive payments overdue will be removed from Budget Billing.
- Joint gas/electric accounts will be enrolled as one energy account. Electric/gas accounts will not be separated for Budget Billing.
- If you want to be removed from the Budget Billing program, you will be expected to pay the total amount due, which is your Budget Payment plus your Settlement Balance.
- If you pay more than the amount due, your overpayment will appear as a credit on the budget amount due on your next bill. If you want the overpayment to be applied to your settlement balance, please call our customer service number at 800-242-9137 and speak with one of our customer service representatives.
