Some of the technologies used include: .NET, JAVA, HTML, XML, COBOL, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, Windows, Unix, Linux and SAP.
The IT application consultant is responsible for supporting IT application systems and underlying databases for clients in the business groups. The application portfolio includes custom developed and purchased applications. Work activities include planning, designing, modifying, developing, testing, configuring and implementing software solutions, and managing technology projects.
Production support includes troubleshooting applications, interaction with software vendors, as well as solving and responding to client requests. Ability to work independently and/or as a team member is required.
The IT infrastructure consultant is responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure and is involved in both design and engineering, and operational activities. Work activities include planning, designing, evaluating, testing, configuring and implementing infrastructure solutions, and managing technology projects. Specific functional areas include, but are not limited to, LAN/WAN systems, telecommunications, server and desktop hardware, cyber security, storage and database management.
Production support includes system monitoring, troubleshooting, interaction with vendors, as well as solving and responding to client requests. Ability to work independently and/or as a team member is required.
