Employees have a choice of plans that include the option of using networks

Computer Purchase Plan
Employees may apply for a two-year, interest-free loan to purchase up to $2,000
worth of computer equipment and software.
Paid
Time Off
Each year, employees are awarded a number of vacation days based on holidays,
years of service and union guidelines. Paid time off also may be available
for jury duty and non-active military duty.
Retirement
Benefits
Employees' retirement benefits include a pension and 401(k) savings plan. Employees may contribute up to 75 percent of their income to their 401(k) on a pre-tax, post-tax and/or Roth 401(k) basis. The company matches a portion of eligible employee contributions. Employee contributions are vested immediately, but company matching contributions are vested after one year of employment.
Tuition
Refund Program
Work-related courses are reimbursed at 90 percent for an A or B grade and 80
percent for a C. Full and part-time employees who meet program requirements
are eligible for reimbursement. Selected non-work related courses are reimbursed
at 60 percent. The annual maximum is $5,000.
Variable
Incentive Pay Plan
Depending on company, department, team and individual performance, eligible
management employees may receive an annual payout of up to 10 percent of their
salary.
