As of Jan. 1, 2012, we are paperless. Our process allows you to:
• Create, save and edit requests.
• View your request status.
• Save paper and postage.
Applications are accepted throughout the year. Local giving panels throughout our utilities' service territory composed of employees meet quarterly to review applications and make recommendations to the Foundation for funding.
Applications for first quarter must be received by Jan. 31, second quarter by April 30, third quarter by July 31 and fourth quarter by Oct. 31.
Review and approval may take up to 90 days from the respective quarterly application deadline date. Be sure to submit your application at least three months before funds are needed. You will be notified by mail or email of review process outcome and any dollar amount if your application is approved.
