We Energies Energy Exploration
At the largest cogeneration facility in the nation, see first hand how a power plant operates. Tour makes stops at the turbine generator and control room to show how electricity is made. Course for enrichment. Power plant tour with plant engineer.

Valley Power Plant

Location: Valley Power Plant, Mlwaukee, Wis.

Note: Due to security, all tours must be arranged prior to any power plant visit. Tours are scheduled subject to personnel availability and plant activites.

Wind TurbinesPublic Wind Turbine Tours
Observe how wind turbines generate electricity at the largest wind farm in Wisconsin. Set on 10,600 acres, the wind project - once complete - is capable of producing a total of 145 megawatts of electricity from 88 wind turbines. This power is enough to provide energy for approximately 36,000 homes.

NOTE: The We Energies wind farm is on schedule for completion this summer. After the site is operational, we will announce tour details.
