Customer substation manual

The online We Energies Customer Substation Manual supercedes the 1996 Wisconsin Electric Power Company publication Primary Rate Requirements for Customer Substations.

In the latest version, we have implemented a new numbering system to assist in referencing specific information, and to facilitate future revisions to the document. Some sections of the manual have been rewritten entirely. These changes can be found throughout the book.
