Load Management Programs
Experimental Short-Term Productivity Rider (STPR1)
This rider allows customers with substantial off-peak electric load to extend operations into on-peak periods during the "shoulder" periods of 8 a.m. to noon and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. for a maximum of two hours when system capacity is available. During these periods, the customer would not incur additional on-peak demand charges, but additional customer demand charges may be incurred.

Curtailable Rate (Cg3C and Cp3)
This rate provides the opportunity for customers to reduce their energy bills by agreeing to curtail a pre-determined electric load on a limited number of days when additional capacity is needed.

Interruptible Rate (Cp2V and Cp2M)
This rate allows customers to reduce their energy bills by allowing us to control a pre-determined energy load on a limited number of days when additional capacity is needed.

Energy Cooperative (Cg3A and Cp3A)
The cooperative allows groups of commercial and industrial customers to voluntarily commit to, as a group, electric load reductions during peak periods from April through September.

Real-Time Pricing (Cp1R)
Customers can receive hourly energy price information based on current market conditions. This provides customers information to choose how to manage their energy. Energy bills are based on the energy prices at time of use and an access fee.

Combined Firm and Non-Firm Service (CpFN)
Customers can specify a firm service level above which all additional load (minimum of 1 MW) is interruptible on a limited number of days when market prices are high or when additional capacity is needed.
