Qualified customers

Multi-family buildings with two to eight units, small commercial and small industrial, and non-profit (CG1, CG2, FG1, FG2 size) customers within We Energies’ Wisconsin service territory.

Offers and incentives

A free energy assessment of your buildings by a qualified Energy Advisor who will tour your facility and recommend energy efficiency improvements that can save energy and money.

We also offer incentives for making energy efficiency improvements such as:

• Boilers and furnaces
• Boiler controls
• Tune-ups for furnaces and boilers
• Water heating improvements
• Steam trap replacements
• Common area lighting improvements, including exit lighting

You work with the contractor of your choice to make these improvements. We provide incentives directly to you upon completion of the project.
