This rate is designed for customers using more than 30,000 kilowatt-hours per month for three consecutive months in a 12-month period.
In the General Secondary Demand Rate plan, you are charged for facilities, energy and demand.
The facilities charge is a fixed service charge.
The energy charge is for total electricity used during the billing period.
On-peak demand charge (On Peak-Power Supply - all kW) is for your highest level of demand between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. weekdays during the billing period.
Customer demand charge is for your highest level of demand for the entire billing period.
